Affordable Home Cleaning Services

Payment is required same day as service. Cash, Cheque or E-transfer.

Earth's Best Cleaning Services reserves the right to charge a 50% charge of a canceled scheduled clean the morning of or not cancelled within 24hrs notice or within reason before your scheduled clean and must be paid. This includes rescheduling for any reason or the onset of sickness. No exemptions, you need to advise me prior as I will not enter any homes where a illness present (DOES NOT INCLUDE THE COMMON COLD)

Please note I do take into account of any illness the morning of as it is unpredictable, and you will not be charged whether it is I or you the client who is canceling.  

There will be no services available on holidays, any scheduled service dates will be moved to another date the same week. 

• Pets have accidents but please be advised I do not clean up pet droppings.
• Heavy furniture I will not move this is for the safety of myself and to prevent any injury or possible damage.
• Upon finding any rodents or droppings I will not touch them as they could potentially carry unwanted diseases, you will be notified.

Please note if you request additional cleaning on top of your usual clean time this will require more time and be added to your invoice. 

Please note any rude or in appropriate behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and your clean will be canceled you will be invoiced accordingly, warnings will be given and if behavior continues all future cleans will be canceled, I take professionalism very seriously and will not tolerate any hostility towards myself or employees.
